مصاحبه با خواننده جوان سیمون رونین :

شاید صدای سیمون رونین رو خیلی تا کنون شنیده باشن. کسی که تواناییش در اجرا سبکهای مختلف مثل هیپ هاپ پاپ آرانربی و رپ باعث شده توجه طیفای مختلفی از جونارو به خودش جلب کنه. امروز میخوایم با این خوانده جوان یه گپ و گفتگو داشته باشیم. با ما همراه باشین.

تهران سانگ :  سیمون از تجربه کاریت در زمینه موزیک برامون بگو و اصلا بگو کی به سمت موزیک رفتی؟.

بله من حدودا در سن ۱۵ سالگی یه گیتار خریدم و همین در واقع استارت فعالیت هنریم بود. در حالی که مشغول تمرین این ساز بودم سعی میکردم روی صدام هم تمرین کنم. تو همون سالها بود که شروع به نوشتن شعر کردم و با گیتار میزدم و شعرامو میخوندم. همین باعث شد که در نهایت من اولین موزیک خودمو سالها بعد به اسم ویش رلیز کردم.

تهران سانگ:از برنامها و پروژهای آیندت بگو برامون

دارم رو یه آلبوم جدید کار میکنم که در حال حاضر ۳ تا از موزیکاش آمادس ولی هنوز رلیز نکردیم. و منتظرم سر فرصت این کارو انجام بدم.

تهران سانگ: خب بزار راجب اسمت شروع کنیم چون یه خرده کنجکاویم گل کرده. من احساس میکنم تو سعی داری یه شخصیتی از خودت به نمایش بزاری با این اسم. یه خورده راجبش برامون توضیح بده

بله این اسم یه جورایی در واقع ۲ تا شخصیت رو روایت میکنه. یکی که سیمون هستش و کارهای عاشقانه و دیسلاو رو میخونه و رونین که در واقع یه شخصیت که تسلیم نشدنیه و برای رسیدن به هدفاش میجنگه. و درواقع قسمت رپ داستان رو میخونه.

تهران سانگ:  همینطور که گفتی تو تجربه کار تو رادیو رو داشتی چطور شد رفتی رادیو ؟

من تو دوره که داشتم توی انجمن گلوری به عنوان صداپیشه کار میکردم یه دوستی منو دید و ازم خواست که به رادیو برم. همین هم باعث شد که من فعالیتمو تو رادیو کرج به عنوان گوینده ادامه بدم.

Many people may be familiar with Simon Ronin’s voice as anIranian singer or songwriter. However this Iranian artist has proven to be multifaceted, gracing everything from R&B and pop to Hip-Hop and Rap music. Simon Ronin’s sincere approach to music and his double characters in his songs make him one to watched as a force to be reckoned with.

Interviewer- How long have you been singing? Give me a little insight on your artistic background.

Simon Ronin- I started this journey by buying a guitar when I was 15. Then I started to learn how to make melody from this beautiful instrument. At the same time I was practicing my singing voice as well. I was not satisfied with the songs that I heard at that time, so I started to create my own song. That was the time that I realised that I could be good at writing poetry. I started to write some texts and sing on it while I played my guitar. It happened all naturally as I practiced over and over again. After finished school I got busy studying at university but I tried to keep up with my passion for music and singing. Finally in 2013, I decided to release my fist song called The Wish. It was a R&B song and I really liked the melody and the lyrics. Then I released another song called Heyfe to Nist. It was again in Hip-Hop and R&B style.

Along side my music journey, I did a course in voice acting and that helped me shaping my vocal and alternately which enabled me to rap.

In 2014, I left the country, and that was the time that I started to make some visual contents such as MV and short films.

In early 2020, I released my new song called Code Davinchi, which is also the name of my album. This album consists of 8 songs.

Interviewer- Tell us about your new album? Anything coming up soon?

Simon Ronin- Oh yeah, I’m working on another album which 3 tracks are already made but haven’t been released yet.

One of them called Hey which is my first rap rock metal song. I’m so excited about it. Currently we are working on its music video. It’s a post apocalyptic theme. It has an amazing cast and crew. I can’t wait to share this MV with you guys.

Interviewer - We are all curious about your stage name. I feel you are trying to represent a character to your audience. Can you elaborate on that for us?

Simon Ronin- Absolutely. Well this name has two characteristics. One is Simon who dose sing the emotional parts of the song. He is more of an ordinary person. Nothing so different from others. But then we have another character Ronin in him, who is more of a fighter or a soldier who dose not want to give up easily. He fights for his rights and his survival. And of course he raps rocks, and his lyrics are basically about being resilient. Simon Ronin is technically one person with two different characters.

Interviewer- We also know that you’ve got some experience in voice acting. Tell us a little about that.

Simon Ronin- yeah as I mentioned earlier at 2010 I did a course in voice acting at Glory Entertainment ( The Association of Tehran Young Voice Actors) and from there I referred to Karaj Radio station by a friend. Then I started to work at Radio till the early 2014.

Interviewer- If you want to sum up Simon Ronin in two words, what would those words be?

Simon Ronin - Determined and resilient. That’s what he is.
